Real Estate Consultancy Knight Frank Kenya has been appointed as leasing agent for the Global Trade Centre (GTC) Office Tower office space as it seeks to attract high end clients.
The deal follows the signing of an agreement with the developer, AVIC International Real Estate (Kenya) Ltd.
GTC has prime office space in the 42 – floor -184-metre skyscraper which is situated along Waiyaki Way, Westlands, next to Kempinski Hotel. It has world-class AAA standard offices and its location is ideal for Fortune Global 500 companies and renowned global corporations looking to leverage the mixed-use development.
Knight Frank Kenya, Managing Director, Ben Woodhams said adding the Global Trade Centre to their portfolio further demonstrates their market leadership in commercial property leasing in the country.

HOPSCA stands for (hotel, office, parking, shopping mall, convention, and apartment) concept for architecture design.
Sitting on 7.5 acres, the development incorporates six towers – a 47-level 3A Plus Office Tower, a 35-level hotel tower that will host the Marriott-ran ran hotel and four residential apartment towers of 24 to 28 levels. The hotel is expected to have 315 guest rooms, 50 serviced apartments and a 760 square-metre ballroom.
