The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), in partnership with Nutcracker Analytics Portal, launched the NSE Mobile App meant to allow for real time monitoring of trading.
The move will make it easy for investors, media, financial advisers and the public to access real-time stock prices, market analytics, economic statistics, financial news, market snapshots and the NSE broker directory.
The NSE Mobile App is a one-stop-shop for information about the market; accessing the listed companies’ information and news, learning about the various products, accessing the market analytics as well as simulating trading at the NSE. The simulator allows an interested investor to borrow virtual money and distribute shares in different companies in order to gauge and make informed and right decisions.
Nutcracker Analytics Portal (NAP) is providing market analytics functionality through near real time (15 minutes updates) financial market data and analysis in the NSE mobile app. Through the Nutcracker
Analytics Portal investors can access to NSE Share Prices, Market Data, Company Info, Performance and Technical Graphs.
The NSE app is available for download on Google Playstore and will be available on Apple store in a few days.
